What's a typical project size and timeline?

Most engagements run 2–8 weeks, ranging from a marketing site refresh to a full SaaS dashboard. Anything bigger usually gets scoped into milestones so we can ship in usable slices.

How fast can you start?

Usually within 1–2 weeks of agreement. If you have a hard deadline, mention it in the first email — I'll be upfront whether the schedule is doable.

Do you work remote or on-site?

Remote-first. I'm based in Malang (UTC+7) and overlap comfortably with most APAC and EMEA hours. On-site visits in Indonesia are possible for kickoff or workshops.

What's your tech stack?

Day-to-day: TypeScript, Astro/Next.js, Node, PHP/Laravel, and Cloudflare Workers. Comfortable with whatever fits the problem — not religious about any one tool.
